Terms of Service

By accessing or using Solar CRM (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Solar CRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform tailored for solar and BESS installers in Australia. Features include lead management, proposal generation, inventory tracking, scheduling, and analytics.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service.

You agree not to misuse the Platform by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, interfering with other users, or using the Platform for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar CRM’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be exported or deleted within 30 days per your request.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notice.
